noun (origin, Victoria,Canada) : A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a wannabe-dictator, stringent socioeconomic controls, suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship, and typically a policy of belligerent pro-Americanism and anti-environmentalism ... all while selling their country out in the name of dirty oil.

Strangely people never ask, why Harper is persuading Canadians to shop in the U.S? There are billions of dollars of revenue for Canada, that Harper is giving away to the U.S. Caterpillar, Aveos, Bombardier and now G.M. are being shut down in Canada. Canada sunk a lot of money into G.M. Our tax dollars at that, and G.M. is also going to the U.S.
I was told to read: Harper gives a speech in New York, at the Council of Foreign Relations. This was Sept 25/2007. This seems the madness of Harper, now makes sense.
Sorry I didn't get back to you! I'm not as familiar with the west side highway, but I believe it goes very high (into the hundreds). I've only gone on it from midtown up, let me know how it goes!!! Would love to try that run!

At least he didn't come out of the gate swinging at you guys... Harper is no fan of Newfoundland, and he's not ashamed to admit it. Then again, Harper's a big Beatles fan and the fact that Danny Williams made Paul McCartney look like an ass on international television probably pissed him off a bit.
